Because McFall, Breitbeil & Shults is a litigation-only firm, our lawyers often find themselves involved at the appellate level on cases that we have tried or prevailed by way of summary judgment. Accordingly, our senior lawyers have developed significant experience handling appeals at all state and federal court levels, including success before the United States Supreme Court. To bolster our expertise in this critical field, we have recruited and trained younger lawyers who began their career serving as law clerks in the Texas appellate courts. Our unique ability to “finish what we started,” by handling cases through the entire appellate court process, saves money for our clients and allows us to prepare for and focus on the key appellate issues at every stage of litigation.
