WHO
WE ARE Our firm, McFall, Breitbeil & Shults,
was founded in 2000 by its three name shareholders. The founders
previously had been shareholders in a much larger Houston trial
firm. We are not a large firm by choice. Our goal in creating
the firm was to provide clients with a premiere, result-oriented
alternative to the large law firms, and to do it creatively
with efficiencies and a cost structure that the large firms
cannot match. We have succeeded, with an ever-broadening base
of diverse clients. But we are not satisfied. We are only as
good as our last case, and we are relentless in our desire to
succeed because winning is good for our clients and business.
We are both experienced and young. We have lawyers who are on
the list of Texas Super Lawyers and on the list of Texas Rising
Stars. Our lawyers are active in Bar organizations and in local
politics. Lawyers with whom we have practiced at our current
and prior firm have served in the judiciary at all levels –
from the Texas Supreme Court, the Houston Court of Appeals and
the Harris County Civil District Courts, to the U. S. District
Court for the Southern District of Texas. Our priorities are
simple – they’re yours.
