EXPERIENCE

As Of Counsel in one of the leading patent litigation groups in the world, Norma conducted a complex patent litigation for a global manufacturer of electronics, leading to a very successful resolution of the litigation prior to trial. She strategically led, managed, supervised, and mentored a team of junior associates, paralegal's, in-house technical advisors, and staff in all phases of the litigation leading to the efficient management of the litigation. Norma has over 20+ years of management and leadership experience and 10+ years of experience in all major intellectual property areas which include: Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Trade Secrets.
